RETURN POLICY

If there happens to be a concern with any item in your order, please contact us immediately!

We offer returns within 15 days of receiving your order and items must be pre-approved to return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@gluedots.com with your order number, order date, and the items you would like to return. The items being returned must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be in used or opened condition. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Original shipping fees cannot be refunded; return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer (pending review).
- Items marked as sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Should you receive a defective item from Glue Dots, we can offer refunds within our standard 15-day return policy or replace your product within 60 days of purchase.
Once your return has been approved and you have been issued a return authorization number, you may return your item(s) to the address below. Please ensure that the return authorization number is visible on the returned package.
Please note, returning an item without first contacting us for a RA# (return authorization number), may result in a refund not taking place.

Refunds will be processed once your item has been received and inspected. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
