SHIPPING POLICY 

We package & ship orders Monday through Friday. Most of our orders are processed within 2-3 business days* after receiving your order confirmation email, however during peak times (new releases, holidays, sales, etc.) we may experience backups. During these peak times, please allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to ship. Please keep in mind that Glue Dots International is closed on most major US holidays to be with our families.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

What do you charge for shipping and handling? How are your shipping rates calculated?  

All orders will ship from Wisconsin. You can check your estimated shipping costs in the shopping cart by adding items to your cart and filling in your shipping information.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours (about 2 days) for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gluedots.com with your name and order number, we will investigate it for you.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gluedots.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping FAQ 

Q: Do you ship internationally?  

A:   No. Currently, gluedots.com only ships within the United States.  

Q:   What do you charge for shipping and handling? How are your shipping rates calculated? 

A:   We offer FREE shipping on Domestic orders over $29.99 (within the contiguous 48 States only) when the "free shipping" method is chosen at checkout. You will have the option of paying for different shipping methods if you choose. (IE: Next Day, etc.) Please note that the free shipping method will only show up as an option once your shopping cart total reaches $29.99 after any coupon codes or discounts have been applied. Free shipping orders usually ship by UPS with Tracking. (Glue Dots International reserves the right to ship packages using the most economical shipping service available when FREE freight is applied.)  

For all orders, our shipping prices are based on the weight of the package. This gives you the best possible rates! We do not charge a "handling" fee. 

Q:   How long does it take for my order to ship?

Q:   What shipping method do you use?  

A:   We ship most orders using UPS. However, we also use USPS when needed to provide the best shipping rates. Glue Dots International reserves the right to ship packages using the most economical shipping service available when FREE freight is applied.   

Q:   When can I expect to receive my order after it has shipped?  

 

 

 

***All orders shipping to a PO Box will ship via USPS First Class Mail. 

Please note that you may experience extended delivery times once your order ships from Glue Dots International due to the delays impacting UPS and USPS. The best way to track your order's delivery is through the tracking number provided with your shipping notification. For additional information on a particular order, please email us at info@gluedots.com and have your order number handy.  

Q:   Can I track my order?  

A:   Yes! Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can always find tracking information by logging into our website (if you opted to create an account at checkout) and click to view your orders. Within each order, you will see a tracking number. If you are not able to find your tracking number, please feel free to email us at info@gluedots.com.
